The QA Quality Promise
QA’s outstanding quality gives us the confidence to offer our ‘quality promise’. If a customer is not satisfied with the training provided, our pledge is to offer a fast solution. This might include one, or more, of the following:
- Resitting the same course, free of charge (using the original course materials).
- Providing a free examination voucher.
- Reimbursing travel costs.
The QA Investment Protection Promise
Training is an important investment, and we want to make sure that our customers get the most from that investment. So, if an employee leaves within three months of attending an QA training course, we will:
- Offer the same course, to that person’s replacement, within six months of the original course date – free of charge (using the original course materials; cost of examinsations not included)
- Offer a different, but related, course to that person’s replacement, within six months of the original course date – for 50% off the retail price (cost of examinations not included)

QA’s strategy is to provide the widest range of authorised IT training courses. So it’s no surprise to find that QA is accredited – to the highest level – by many software companies. We are often the first to market with new training programmes. For example, we were the first to market with Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio training – and we even provided an award-winning training programme to Microsoft’s own partner network, right across Europe. QA is an Institute of IT Training Accredited Training Provider. QA supports and operates by the Institute’s Code of Practice.
